Five fully-automated drill lines across our two steel processing sites means we have a high level of flexibility in the range of products we can process.

Our Ficep Endeavour and Valiant machines form part of the newest family of three spindle drilling lines and feature the latest technological developments for enhanced processing and reliability.

The Endeavour is combined with our Ficep band saws to create an extremely productive work cell with a minimised footprint. The same CNC control operates our integrated system, offering you the quickest turnaround on processed steel.

Just over 44 tonnes of processed steel was supplied by AJN for temporary works on a ‘jack-up barge’, which will set sail from Tilbury in Essex to Germany.
