With slots available on application, our fully automated, CNC shearing and punching line is perfect for ready to bolt shelf angles, cleats, brackets and bracing.
Our high performance Ficep HP20T6 angle line is a unique CNC shearing and punching work cell where an angle enters as a stock length and exits as a completed part after a combination of programmed processes such as punching, marking and shearing.
Offering 20% more performance over previous models, our HP20T6 is capable of cutting from 20mm up to 6000mm, punching from 6mm to 32mm dia and taking a donor length of 1000mm to 12200mm.

Claydon Yield-o-meter
(50 tonnes)
Over 1,185 steel sections – comprising of a range of universal beams, columns, channels, angles, plates and circular hollow sections – were used for the construction of a new, 1,296sq m, clear-span building.
Grand Union Apartments
(87 tonnes)
Over 87 tonnes of angles, flat bars, channels, beams and structural hollow sections were supplied by AJN for the construction of balconies in Block D of London’s Grand Union project.
CooperVision Optics
(200 tonnes)
Two hundred tonnes of AJN steel was processed and delivered to a structural steel fabrication specialists within six working days of ordering, enabling it to meet its onsite deadline.
