Children’s hospices receive support from AJN Steelstock

The East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), has received a £2,500 donation from AJN Steelstock. The donation will be used to provide emergency, palliative and end of life care for children and young people living with life-threatening conditions.

To do our bit to help those most in need – and in lieu of our usual Christmas ‘thank you’ gifts – AJN Steelstock donated £5,000, split equally between the East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) in Suffolk and the Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) in Somerset.

EACH supports children and young people with life-limiting conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk, giving families flexibility and control over where they receive their care and support. Offering a family-centred, needs-led approach to care, EACH ensures all needs of the children and young people are met – whether psychological, physical, emotional, social or spiritual.

Similarly, CHSW provides a much-needed break for families and young people with life-limiting conditions from the ongoing strains of care at home, with free services for every family that needs them

Both charities believe that nothing should get in the way of very sick children and young people receiving the very best care and are committed to making the most of short and precious lives. To learn more or to make a donation, please visit the EACH and CHSW websites:
